At Stirling Timepieces, we stand by the precision and durability of our watches; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn timepiece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original presentation box with all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards included to ensure eligibility for a refund.

• 3.
  Secure Shipping

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our inspection facility in its original outer shipping carton.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the timepiece, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
